Disability Access Policy
If you have any additional needs please let our staff know so that we can help you, and also ensure you get the same support in the future.
Wheelchair Access
The practice is designed to meet the necessary requirements for disabled access. Since the premises are on one level disabled access is good. If you have any special needs please contact the practice in advance.
Unfortunately, there is no car park for patients, special provision can be made in advance for disabled patients. There are pay and display meters outside the practice and some disabled parking bays. Lambeth Council operate a ruthless parking policy and you may be clamped, towed away or issued with a parking ticket if you do not obey the rules. Please park in the appropriate parking bay. Please do not park in the staff car park since it is constantly in use.
Disabled Parking – Blue Badge Scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.
For more information and an Application Form visit your local council office.
Loop System
We have a loop induction system at Reception to assist the hearing impaired. For more information on the loop hearing system visit the Hearing Link website.
Blind/Partially Sighted
If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a CD or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.
